So, all in all, I like it. I have some gripes, but I think after it wears in, it will be better. The leather is stiff/thick, as others have reported, so it appears to be a proper riding jacket but does not contain pads. I did not notice a strong odor. In my case, it smells no more than any other new piece of clothing would. The sizing I feel is spot on to the chart they provide. However, the fit for me was a bit off since I am on the medium’s small end. The sleeves, I feel, are a bit too long. I don't like the mesh lining behind the inner jacket, but hopefully, it will hold up over time. I was hoping to wear it around town as well, but it probably won't be until it’s fully broken in.

I am 6’ 2” and weigh 210 pounds. I have an athletic build. When I read through the reviews, many people said to order one size bigger than the sizing chart. I typically wear an extra-large, so I went with an XL even though the sizing chart recommended a large. The extra-large was too big through the waste and a little wide in the shoulders. I have long arms, so the sleeve length was sufficient. But fit everywhere else. I went ahead and returned the extra large and ordered the large, and it works like a glove. Precisely like the sizing chart recommended. The leather is very thick, and the jacket is hefty. Initially, it is stiff, but after wearing it a few days, it loosens up. I love the jacket and was happy with the quality. I have had multiple compliments on the jacket. All of the zippers had leather tabs on them that I didn’t like, but I cut those off for my preference.
After placing the order for this jacket, I was worried about the fitment. Although my chest size is 44", I ordered the LARGE, which is 42" and it was more than perfect. I am a 6ft guy, 220lbs. Shoulders measure, arms, waist were all perfect. This jacket comes with a removable lining inside, which can be useful depending on the weather. The side zippers on each arm and the back zippers make this jacket a true riding one! Unlike other people reviewing about how long the sleeves are, mine were perfect length! It is a very stylish jacket!
The jacket itself is incredible. You are getting about 5 lbs of badass leather for a great price. Depending on your build, you could match my height and weight and fit a large. Especially if you have a belly and skip leg day. For me, I could have layered a thick hoodie, and the arms would have been tightish, but the body roomy. I expect the medium to be too fitted for anything but a flannel underneath.
Outstanding quality for the price, I can't believe it. Here 6'3 178 lbs, so large thin. The XL, the shoulders are quite broad, the sleeves are quite long, but the body is made for a beanie.
Leather jackets cost quite a bit of money and can last for decades, but it’s only possible by taking good care of the coat.
Polish Your Leather Jacket
Leather polishes are good for bringing your jacket’s shine back, but they can potentially discolor your jacket. Therefore, they must only be used for special occasions and must be tried on a hidden area of the coat before using it.
Getting Rid of Salt Deposits
During the hard and damp winter season, you may find salt deposits appearing on your leather jacket. Wipe these salts off instantly, using a wet cloth, to avoid any dry spots or cracks on your leather jacket. Don’t forget to apply the conditioner on the affected areas after air drying your jacket.
In case your jacket gets wet, hang it on a hanger such that no wrinkles remain and let it dry at room temperature. Don’t forget to remove all the objects from the jacket’s pockets to keep them from reshaping. Always keep your jacket away from direct heat sources such as airing cupboards or radiators. Always use a wide shoulder hanger to hang your jacket.
