Matcha Raspberry Parfait

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2t TheRike Matcha
  • 1/3 cup organic raspberries
  • 2T chia seeds
  • 4 oz hemp seed milk blended with a date
Make this simple matcha parfait in three easy steps:


  1. Mix your very own hempseed milk with one day
  2. Integrate chia and hempseed milk, allow cool a number of hours
  3. Integrate yogurt and berries
    Layer your preferred glass mug or meal as high and high as you like it. Embellish with more berries, nuts and seeds. This meal can be morning meal or treat. In either case it is tasty, and healthy.
